AIFP Application

Thank you for your interest in the SEO Alternative Investments Fellowship Program (AIFP).

The SEO AIFP will have two application cycles for candidates interested in joining in 2024 — in the Spring and Fall. Applicants who are not accepted in one application cycle are welcome to continue preparing for AIFP and apply again in another cycle. Applications for the Spring cycle are now open!

Program Criteria

First-through third-year United States-based investment banking analysts and management consultants. (Candidates with offers to begin full-time work in Spring or Summer 2024 are welcome to apply!)
Both SEO alumni and non-alumni may apply.

Key Dates

Applications for the Spring AIFP cycle are now open! Below is a general timeline for applicants. All dates are subject to change.

January 3, 2024: Applications open
- Upon determination of eligibility, applicants will be required to submit a technical assessment
February 29, 2024: Applications close at 11:59 PM ET
March 27, 2024: First-round interviews begin for candidates who are deemed eligible, subject to review of technical assessment performance
Early- to Mid-April, 2024: Candidates Announced for Superday Interviews
April 26, 2024: AIFP Superday Interviews
Early May, 2024: AIFP Class Announced
May 18, 2024: Virtual AIFP Orientation
Late May, 2024: Mentorship Pairings with AIFP Partner Firms Announced
July 9, 2024: In-Person Welcome Reception in NYC
