We Propel Human Potential
Alternative Investments Fellowship Program
As envisioned upon its inception in 2009, the Alternative Investments Fellowship Program (AIFP) has become an industry-wide education program. Through the AIFP, high-achieving, pre-MBA, young professionals, from traditionally underrepresented populations (Black, Hispanic, Native American, and Asian women) gain the education, training, and mentoring necessary to succeed in the alternative investments industry.
Fellows receive in-depth exposure and hands-on development, which include intensive mock interviews, case studies, financial modeling, and breakfast seminars led by senior management from AIFP partner firms.
The AIFP forms a bridge between Fellows and careers in the alternatives sector. We work with first-through third-year investment banking analysts and management consultants at bulge bracket or boutique investment banks in the United States to compete for opportunities in the buy-side.
To date, 90% of eligible Fellows have received full-time job offers in the sector.
