- First-, second-, or third-year United-States-based investment banking analysts and management consultants
- Both SEO alumni and non-alumni
The Process
The AIFP fellows application process is a multi-stage process in which prospective candidates will have to complete various tasks & participate in interviews to be admitted to the program. The timing of these various tasks will depend on when you apply. See below for the overview:
Cycle 1: Fall 2025
- Apply by: September 7, 2025
- Superdays: October 24 and 31, 2025
- Final Decisions: November 14, 2025
Cycle 2: Winter 2026
- Apply by: November 30, 2025
- Superdays: January 23 and 30, 2026
- Final Decisions: February 13, 2026
Cycle 3: Spring 2026
- Apply by: February 1, 2026
- Superdays: March 27 and April 3, 2026
- Final Decisions: April 17, 2026
Cycle 4: Summer 2026
- Apply by: April 19, 2026
- Superdays: June 5 and 12, 2026
- Final Decisions: June 26, 2026
The 5-Stage Process
- Application Review (1 week) → Email notification on moving to the next stage or not.
- Technical Assessment (2 weeks to complete + review)
- Video Interview (personal recording) (1 weeks to complete + 2 weeks to review by SEO staff)
- Final Interview (2 weeks to schedule + 1 week review)
- Superday (See dates above in relation to application submittal + final decision within 2 weeks)
