Clauter is a Director within the Alternative Investments Distribution team at Bank of America focusing on the Private Bank and Merrill Private Wealth. In his role as an Ultra High Net Worth specialist Clauter works closely with advisors, helping to identify the right solutions for their clients.
Prior to becoming a specialist in 2014, Clauter worked as a business analyst covering the U.S. Trust alternative investments platform. Before joining Bank of America in 2010, Clauter was with UBS as a member of their Financial Advisor Associate program, there he gained a deeper interest in the wealth management industry specifically alternative investments. Clauter graduated from Rutgers University Business School with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics. He currently holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
Clauter resides in Springfield, NJ where he enjoys spending time with his family. In his down time he also enjoys sports, billiards. Clauter is fluent in French.

David Gelobter is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Emerson Capital and has 25+ years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur.
Most recently, David Gelobter was the Co-Portfolio Manager of the Headlands Strategic Opportunities Fund which seeks to generate superior absolute returns using a high conviction, constructive approach to investing in small- and mid-cap public companies. Prior to Headlands, David was a Managing Director at MCCP Investment Partners, a middle market direct lending firm.
David also managed Emerson Capital Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund, where he was Chief Investment Officer from July of 2007 through 2015. David started his career at Citigroup and GE where he worked as an investment banker and analyst with leading private equity investors on strategic and capital markets transactions.
David earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Williams College
David serves on the Boards of NY Public Radio and the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association. He is also an SEO alumnus from the careers program.

Priya Kaftan is the Head of Investor Relations and Product Strategy at Heard Capital where she oversees client relations, client communications, business development and product strategy.
Prior to joining Heard Capital in 2019, Ms. Kaftan was a Senior Associate at Silver Point Capital, L.P., a credit and distressed focused investment firm. Her responsibilities included managing relationships with Silver Point Capital’s existing and prospective investors, product strategy, reporting, credit market research and communications.
Prior to Silver Point Capital, L.P., Ms. Kaftan was a Vice President in JPMorgan’s Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group. In that role, she structured leveraged loan and high yield transactions for financial sponsors and clients in the energy, metal, mining, packaging and chemicals sectors. Ms. Kaftan also served as an Associate and Analyst in the group.
Ms. Kaftan earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University where she was a manga cum laude graduate.
Ms. Kaftan serves as the Chairperson of 100 Women in Finance’s Global FundWomen Week and on the Dean’s Advisory Committee of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She also serves on the Chicago leadership committee of 100 Women in Finance.
