Scholarships
The SEO Law Impact Scholarship recognizes incoming law students who have demonstrated leadership, resilience, and a clear sense of purpose in pursuing a legal education. Each year, SEO Law awards one $10,000 scholarship and two $5,000 scholarships to help offset the cost of tuition, fees, and books, enabling recipients to focus on their academic and professional development.
Now Accepting Applications for the 2026 SEO Law Impact Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the SEO Law Impact Scholarship, applicants must be current applicants in the 2025–2026 law school admissions cycle and meet the following criteria:
- Have taken an approved standardized test (LSAT, GRE, GMAT, or JD-Next) and received at least one official score
- Have submitted at least one law school application
- Plan to enroll at an ABA-accredited law school in Fall 2026
Applicants do not need to apply to or be admitted to the SEO Law Fellowship. The scholarship is reviewed through a separate application process.
Application Components
Applicants must submit a completed scholarship application, including a written response of 500 words or fewer describing how their experiences have shaped their goals as a future lawyer and how they intend to use their legal education to make a meaningful contribution to the legal profession and society. Proof of law school enrollment may be requested during the review process.

About Kayla: Kayla Zamanian is the 2025 SEO Law Impact Scholarship Grand Prize Winner and a 2025 SEO Law Fellow from the Bay Area. Now in her first year at Harvard Law School, Kayla was admitted through the Junior Deferral Program and is already embracing the rigor and opportunity of her legal education. Her interests lie at the intersection of law, science, and technology, where she aims to help innovators bring groundbreaking ideas to life and expand access to life-saving advancements. Beyond her studies, Kayla is passionate about mentorship and plans to guide aspiring law students as they navigate their own professional journeys. Fun fact: Her most-played Spotify song for four years straight is the Succession theme.
