- Phone Interview*
- Qualified applicants receive an email invitation to teach a demo lesson at the SEO office

What do you look for in a demo lesson?
We look for a student-centered approach to teaching; a rigorous and thoughtfully-planned lesson; questioning techniques that engage students’ higher order thinking skills; and a genuine interest in students’ thoughts and ideas.
