Intern & Diversity Insights Report

In 2019, SEO Career surveyed nearly 400  underrepresented students about their summer internship experience at one of 75+ SEO Career partner companies nationwide. Ultimately, the interns offered key insight into ways to develop a more diverse and inclusive workplace in industries across Wall Street and Corporate America. Using data from student and partner feedback, SEO Career produced “What Matters Most: Key Trends in Diversity Recruiting”, a report providing insider knowledge to help guide recruitment efforts for industry leaders seeking to attract and retain diverse talent.
