Charity Navigator, America's largest independent evaluator of charities, recently awarded SEO with its second consecutive 4-star rating - the highest possible.  Only 20% of rated charities have received at least two consecutive 4-star evaluations, indicating that "SEO consistently executes its mission in a fiscally responsible way and outperforms most other charities in America."
