The Career Program recruits outstanding college students of color from across the country for orientation, training and internships that lead to careers in some of the nation’s most competitive industries. 

The Scholars Program, an out-of-school academic enrichment program, and the founding program of SEO, helps motivated students of color from New York City public high schools matriculate and succeed at the most competitive colleges in the country.  

The Alternative Investment Fellowship Program, our newest program, educates young professionals on the Alternative Investment Industry.
